Hands down, the nicest group of people I have ever worked with. Rich Prasser was our Realtor, and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. He is very knowledegable and informative. We learned a lot from him when he assisted us with our land purchase. They help you every step of the way, and respond so quickly to any call, text, or email. They sold our house, and followed through until funding was confirmed. I love how this team works together. it was a great experience. We still have some hurdles ahead of us until we finally move into the home were building on our land, but at least we made it over few of the big stressful ones with a lot of help.
