It’s easy to feel lucky when you call Spokane or Coeur d’Alene home! St. Patrick’s day is right around the corner and it falls on a Sunday this year but you can make the party last all weekend long! Unfortunately it’s still winter out there and we have a few more weeks of cold and snow. Brrr….but hey, now is the time to soak in the last few bits of winter fun on the local mountains or through the eyes of globetrekking artists :
“Capturing the Impossible” is the latest in the National Geographic Live speaker series. Extreme filmmaker Bryan Smith will describe his adventures shooting heart-pumping feats like a Niagara Falls ice climb, a kayak through Russian rapids, or a mountaintop glide in a wingsuit.
