Spokane Bank Owned Properties
Bank owned properties are properties that went to auction and sold back to the Trustee for the opening bid. They go through a process by which the bank appraises, inspects, and occasionally makes minor repairs to the property then re-lists the property with an agent at a sell-me-now price (in most situations). These properties, when priced well, usually last a day or two on the market and can sell for great bargains. Others may not be priced as well and require negotiation. With any good priced REO there’s almost always competing offers.
How do you stay on top of it? Easy. I’ll send you the list and keep you up to date with the latest Bank Owned Properties that hit the market. To sign up, simply fill out the form below. When you’re ready to see the property, call me and I’ll get us in. It’s that simple.
