The accumulation of weekly marketing campaigns, status calls, and marketing your home to my network will cause your home to be sold faster.
Many agents jump into a listing without a plan to market it, not me. I detail out a custom marketing plan for your home to help it sell. For example, if you are trying to sell a historical victorian home with beautiful ornamental woodwork - more visual approches must be made. More frequent open houses, broker’s opens, television and color print (where applicable) etc. Anything to make your home stand out in the best possible way.
